1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow these steps:

Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

We offer a free demo to all new users to explore the features of Concept Power CRM. We encourage you to use this period to ensure the platform meets your business needs before making a purchase. Once a paid subscription is started, the standard refund policy applies.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) used at the time of purchase. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through highly secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Concept Power CRM does not store your credit/debit card details or UPI PINs on its servers. All payment data is handled with end-to-end encryption to ensure maximum security.

5. Data Privacy and Access

In the event of a cancellation, you can request a data export of your leads and business records within 30 days of the cancellation date. After this period, data may be permanently deleted from our active servers as part of our data protection policy.

6. Policy Updates

Concept Power CRM reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We recommend checking this page periodically.
