Welcome to Concept Power CRM. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our software as a service (SaaS) platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Concept Power CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Concept Power CRM provides team management, lead tracking, and installation management tools for businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Concept Power CRM software, including its code, design, logos, and features, is the intellectual property of Concept Power CRM and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for your business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our software.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly).
• Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateway (JioPay).
• GST at the rate of 18% is applicable on all transactions.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our service for any illegal purposes, to transmit malware, or to infringe upon the rights of others.

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights and ownership to the data you upload or enter into Concept Power CRM. We will not access, use, or share your business data except as required to provide the services or as requested by you for support purposes. We implement strict internal access controls to ensure your data remains confidential.

7. Security and Data Protection

• Encryption: Data is transmitted over secure channels using SSL/TLS encryption.
• Access Control: Multi-factor authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) are implemented to protect your account.
• Backups: We perform regular automated backups to prevent data loss in case of hardware failure or other emergencies.
• Confidentiality: All our employees and contractors are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information stored on our platform through your profile settings or by contacting us.

9. Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience, analyze site usage, and for security purposes. By using our service, you consent to our use of cookies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Concept Power CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Service Availability and Maintenance

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via email or dashboard notifications. We are not liable for any losses caused by system downtime.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the reasonable control of such party, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, strikes, or failures of telecommunications or internet service providers.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
